Alison has long been driven by an interest in law and justice, which she began pursuing professionally after gaining extensive experience in leadership and customer service. She spent more than 10 years in retail management, where she developed strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management skills, including implementing company-wide operational improvements.

Outside of her professional life, Alison enjoys spending time with her daughter and pursuing hobbies such as reading, graphic design, and gaming.

Her continued interest in the legal field led her to transition into background check services in 2019, where she gained valuable exposure to legal processes. Motivated to advance her legal career, Alison also earned her Paralegal Certification from the University of Georgia in 2019. In 2024, she joined the Law Office of Robert W. Hughes, where she moved from non-litigation to litigation. Alison enjoys using her creativity and skills to continue to create, and maximize, efficiency in day-to-day work, operations, and processes.
