Robby has represented clients in hundreds of probate and civil court matters. He has taken more than 20 cases to the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Enrique has an intimate background in probate, guardianships, and conservatorships. Enrique has a passion for assisting families and their loved ones navigate the legal, financial, and administrative aspects of probate.
Mark joined the firm in 2015 after passing the Georgia Bar. He has a passion and personal interest in helping our clients navigate and make sense of the law, as well as avoid the pitfalls of Estate Planning and Probating Estates.
Kristen spent her first three years at Piedmont College, where she played on the women’s soccer team, before transferring to the University of Georgia. She graduated from UGA in December 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Georgia. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University. While in law school, Amy was selected as a legal aide to the Executive Counsel in the Office of the Honorable Governor Sonny Perdue.
Cindy graduated from Gwinnett College of Business, with a diploma in Paralegal studies. She has worked as a Paralegal for over sixteen (16) years.
Lori started with our firm in 2015. She has extensive administrative experience and started with the firm learning probate law and is proficient in Administration of Estates, Probating Wills, Guardianships, and Conservatorships.
Barbara’s interest in the law began with her first job. As part of a work-study program at South Gwinnett High School, she worked as a part-time assistant to an attorney. From the beginning, she found the law fascinating. As she considered her options for college, the possibility of attending law school was on her mind, but her love of young children and teaching won out.
Stephanie graduated from Cambridge High School and attended Georgia State University as a Biology Major. She was recently introduced to the legal world and immediately found it interesting and challenging.

Barbara joined the firm in 2013 as an administrative staff member and legal assistant. She has more than 10 years of office management and account development experience
Amy joined our firm in January 2020. She grew up in Lilburn, GA. She graduated from Parkview High School and attended Georgia Southern University.
