Meeting Probate Challenges Head-on

We are pleased to announce a victory in Hall County Probate Court where a jury found our client’s will to be valid. The will was created by a lady who had one child – a son. She left her estate in trust for her son with the exception of two small requests to her nieces. The son challenged the will, alleging it was created through undue influence and mental incapacity. The jury took less than one half hour to find the will to be the pre-choice of the testator and denied the son’s challenge.

It’s always a pleasure when our clients are successful in court. Should you have a probate issue, please contact one of the lawyers in our firm for assistance in reviewing your issue to determine whether we can be of assistance.
